I also build with AI fluently. I've developed AI powered agents for training evaluation, implemented AI learning solutions for non technical teams, and I understand what AI changes about how people learn because I've lived it from both sides.

Why this role, why now

Anthropic's managers are the earliest AI adopters on the planet, which means they're the first to experience what AI quietly breaks. The skills declining fastest are the ones this role needs to rebuild: judgment, presence, depth, human connection. I've lived this paradox. I build with AI fluently. And I know where it stops and the human work begins.
